As per the current work status from our site we are targeted to complete the following works by end of February-2018

• Inside Putty work -100% to be completed
• 1st coat painting work – 100% to be complete
• 2nd coat painting work – 100% to be complete
• Aluminium Windows and Ventilators – 100% to be completed
• CP Sanitary fixing work -100% to be completed
• Tiling – 100 % to be completed
• Door frame fixing work – 100% completed
• Yard work- 100% to be completed

Work status as on 10-​02-2018, we have completed the following.

• 2nd coat painting work – 1st & 3rd floor (A-flat-100% completed) & 5th,11th & 13th floor (B-flat-100% completed); 7th floor(A & D flat-100% completed) & 8th floor(C & B flat- 100% completed)
• Aluminium Windows and Ventilators – 60% completed
• CP Sanitary fixing work- 1st & 3rd (A flat 100% completed);4th floor(A flat & Bflat-100% complete);7th (A,D flat-100% completed);8th floor( C & Bflat-100% completed);13th floor (B flat- 100% completed); 21st floor (Common area- 100% completed)
• Electrical HT work – 100 % completed
• Electrical LT work -Wire pulling-100% completed
• Tiling – 1st floor & 3rd to 20th floor(100% completed);2nd floor(80% completed)
• Water proofing work -100% completed
• Door frame fixing work – 3rd to 9th, 11th to 16th & 18th to 20th floor(100% completed);1st floor( 50% completed);2nd ,10th & 17th floor(75% completed)
• Yard work- 85% completed
